Description

The SMART 650 frytop range consists of models for contact cooking. Smooth, ribbed or mixed cooking surface, also chrome finished, with different modular width (half or full unit), with electric or gas heating, all with thermostatic temperature control. The worktop is AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The cooking plate has a thickness of 12 mm and the discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel basin. In full modules diferentiated cooking can be done with two independently-heating electric burnes/elements. Gas versions: stainless steel burners with self-stabilizing flame and thermostatic temperature control. Piezo-electric burner ignition.
