Description

BME74A - Electric Bain-Marie keep hot already-prepared food or for soft cooking at low temperaures. The equipment's worktop is in 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel. The AISI 304 stainless steel tanks are moulded and continuous-weld. Electric heating with armoured stainless steel elements, set on the external bottom of the tanks and controlled by a thermostat. Tank dimensions: 310x510x160mm. Stainless steel container with lid are purchasable as an option.
