FRG77A |2 Bowls Gas Fryer has gas heating, tank capacity is 14+14 liters. The burners capacity is 2x12,5kW. Thermostatic temperature control is from 110 °C to 190 °C. Large cold zone keeps the quality of the oil unchanged longer. The tank is moulded and countinuous-welded. Tilting heating elements allow its perfect cleaning. The used oil outlet system is simple and safe with an oil collection tank with stainless steel filter.
Removable bottom facilitates cleaning the area underneath the machines. New chimney without screws can be quickly removable. Quick removal of the front panel ensures an immeiate access to components.
