FTBG74AL fry top has smooth cooking surface in size 330x540mm with gas heating. Temperature uniformity and precise thermostatic control works from 145 °C to 290 °C to cook also delicate food. Using this fry top, it is possible to differentiate cooking to optimize the cooking workflow. 
New built-in plates which are welded on top to garantee maximum clanability. Limited number of srews help to keep the surface clean. Removable bottom facilitates cleaning the area underneath the machine. Thanks to the quick removal of the front panel ensures an immediate access to components.
The fry top is on open stand, the legs are adjustable.

Removable back-splash, Teflon cap and scraper to the fry top can be purchased as an option.
