Fat is gathered at stainless steel drawer and it can be easily cleaned.
While frying, there is stainless plate at three corners to prevent splash.
Fry surface can be controlled independently with two different control systems.
There are 4 temperature levels for fry surface.
All electrical and control equipment are suitable to international standards.
