The bain-marie can be used for keeping warm, warming up and serving of semi-finished and finished foods. Fully stainless steel. Tubular heating element warms the water int he basin, the water can be drained by the help of tap (under basin). The accessories of bain-marie are the separative holders for GN dishes. The gastronorm dishes can be ordered but these are not accessories. GN dishes can be used in 200 mm depth in the each bain-marie.
