BRPSvh 6501 Perfection - Forced-air bakery standard refrigerator. Euronorm baking trays can be perfectly placed onto the robust L-shaped shelf rails and easily removed again. After all, every Liebherr bakery appliance has been explicitly designed to use standardised baking trays.

The notched strips can be removed and refitted easily and without tools. This makes it especially easy to clean the strips and the smooth inner liner and prevents gathering around the joints.
