The combination of forged iron blade and NITRUM® coating provides extra strong and durable cutting edge, while the stainless steel rivets handle well at -40 to +150 °C.
The lightweight polypropylene (PP) handle is durable and is able to resist temperatures of up to 120-130 ° C.
