CY-10 - Ginger grater with diameter 9,5 cm is made from 100% ceramic. Ceramix is the hardest material on the MOHS hardness scale after diamond, making this product strong, resistant and chemically inert. The grinder  does not react with acids, oils, salts, so does not rust.
