CPE77A pasta cooker comprises one tank of 40 liter capacity with electric heating. It is available as a freestanding unit. The pasta cooker has heating elements inside the tank to increase the efficiency. Moulded edge helps for collection of liquides and facilitates cleaning. Limited number of srews ensures surfaces withoutobstacles. Removable bottom facilitates cleaning the area underneath the machines. Thanks to the quick removal of the front panel the components can be accessed immideately.
