Thermotechnika-Crown Cool Kft. sells only industrial/commercial equipment and devices , the mandatory warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty claims can only be enforced, if the customer present the invoice.
If the warranty is longer than 1 year due to any promotion, we will give you a separate notice.
For Liebherr products from 2021 automatically – without registration – the warranty increases to 5 years (60 mounts)
In the case of quantitative and qualitative legitimate excuse, we fulfill our warranty obligations in accordance with legal regulations.
In case of a dispute, you can turn only to the Hungarian court.
