It is watertight fixed to the AISI 304 stainless steel pressed worktop, thickness 1 mm. The heat is produced by means of electric elements underneath and transmitted by diffusion. Independent temperature regulation for each cooking area. Indicator lights show when each hotplate is in operation. Version with oven: available with electric oven, with grill.
