The QX 376 - Dishwasher works with 2700/4080 plates / hour performance, up to a maximum of 710mm wide and 450mm high usable gateway size. This allows you to receive GN 1/1 trays and / or 3 rows of plates at the same time. The device performs prewash (P), wash (W), and double rinse (2R), see figure below for basic equipment: Intelligent 5-speed advancement system; TFT 5.7 "display and soft touch keypad; continuous monitoring of key operations; alarms and events report; autotimer; acid-proof stainless water boiler AISI 316, which is a fully insulated to reduce thermal loss; vertical self-cleaning pump.
Reinforced double rinse of the dishwasher is designed for improved efficiency with lower consumption.
The QX 376 - Dishwasher includes a standard belt suitable for plates, trays, utensils, glasses and cutlery lane.
Options: 3 different conveyor belts available; water, energy consumption and working time control system; steam condenser, dispensers kit with peristaltic pump; wi-fi; thermal and acoustic insulation; S / S pumps; Extra power in the boiler. Possible working modes of the drying unit: all off, fan only, half power 4.5 kW + fan, full power 9kW + fan.
Heat recovery: The heat recovery system allows the dishwasher to be supplied with cold water (8-15 °C), while also providing significant energy savings. The steam produced by the machine (scattered in the working environment) is aspirated and condensed in the heat exchanger (air-water). The heat produced trough this process is transferred to the inlet water and raises the temperatureoff approximately 45 °C and reducing energy consumption.
