ARCOS 2900 - Flexible Pastry Knife's has a strong, flexible and serranted 300mm long blade.

The handle used in this series is a REVOLUTIONARY ERGONOMIC design using a core of polypropylene (PP) in the heart of the handle and soft rubber coating on the outside. This special mixture of materials gives this unit greater comfort and adaptability as well as being non-hygroscopic (meaning it does not absorb liquids). It is also resistant to high temperatures and slippage.

The handle is made by BACTIPROOF SILVER® process.
